You have experience developing complex CMS-based websites (we use CraftCMS) You are extremely familiar with modern frontend technologies (CSS, Javascript). Participate in the the processes used by the Cosmic development team to keep current on developing and evolving technology and platforms. Participate in the process of maintaining the Cosmic code standards and frameworks as well as documentation for easy communication and evolution of these code standards for use by the in-house developers. Help develop in-house tools, workflows, and starters to simplify the development process in-house and provide consistency when used by the Cosmic team. Work with Cosmic’s lead developer in regards to the strategic approach to projects, technology stack choices, and problem solving. Participate in a workflow and established process for code review, testing process, server setups, and help maintain standards of all code produced across the team. In the Scrum Master role, you'll ensure your teams’ delivery success by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc. ) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The Scrum Master will optimize team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.
